At Ghunnah, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following terms regarding exchanges and returns:

1. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only in cases where the error is from our side, such as:

• Receiving a product different from what was ordered
• Receiving a defective product (e.g., torn, stained, or damaged)

If this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and attach clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and process the exchange as soon as possible.

Note: Exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Selecting the wrong color
• Choosing an incorrect size

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the customer selected the wrong size, under the following conditions:

• Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item
• The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging
• The customer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs
• A refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

3. General Conditions

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer in return cases
• Used, damaged, or worn items will not be accepted for return

4. Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items, we will refund the amount for the missing items using the original payment method.
